TMC mainly raises funds from various institutional investors and individuals for its nickel projects, all within the Philippines. In 2004, TMC entered into a Joint Venture (JV) with Atlas Consolidated Mining and Development Corporation, referred to as “Atlas” and/or “ACMDC” for short. Atlas, established in 1955, is a publicly-listed company in the Philippine Stock Exchange (PSE).

The other two TMC JV companies are Ipilan Nickel Corporation (INC) and Ulugan Nickel Corporation (UNC). Atlas has assigned its mining tenements and applications to BNC; Celestial Nickel Mining and Exploration Corporation to INC; and Atlas and Multicrest Mining Corporation to UNC.
BNC’s tenements and applications are in Quezon and Aborlan municipalities in Palawan, and consists of the following projects/ areas: Berong Mine; Dangla; Moorsom; and Long Point. INC’s project is located in Brooke’s Point. UNC’s project is located in Puerto Princesa City.
TMM has its office in Makati, while there is a Puerto Princesa City Liaison Office servicing BNC, INC and UNC projects in the province. There is a mine office complex at Berong, and a field office at the INC project. BNC, from exploration in 2005, development and construction in 2006, produced in 2007-2008; has resumed operations and production in 2011 after care and maintenance from late 2008-early 2011.
BNC has conducted exploration in Moorsom, and is looking forward to exploration in the Long Point area and Dangla once the necessary permits are obtained. INC has largely completed its exploration in 2010, and gearing up for development and construction. UNC is looking forward to embark on exploration when the necessary approvals are obtained from various government agencies and local government units.
Berong Nickel Corporation (BNC) is committed to perform and live it out beyond the act of conformity.
